Hours & Location:

  • 116 Commonwealth Avenue, Corbin, KY 40701
  • 8 and 12 hour shifts available with flexible scheduling options! Will work with school schedule

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
  • Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
  • Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active License as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
