- 116 Commonwealth Avenue, Corbin, KY 40701
- 8 and 12 hour shifts available with flexible scheduling options! Will work with school schedule

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
- Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions
What We’re Looking For:
- Active License as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
