LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (Night Shift) with Christian Care Communities – Midway, KY
Night Shift
Our LPNs are the face of healthcare to seniors that call Christian Care Communities home. As part of our LPN team, you will deliver compassionate care of exceptional quality to our residents. This is meaningful work that makes a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
· Advocate, care, counsel and consult for those in your care with clinical intention
· Develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members
· Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
· Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs
· Provide clinical supervision of nursing staff activities
We need compassionate people that not only prioritize healthcare, but also want to invest in senior’s non-medical needs and their personal goals. Our most successful RNs are positive, dedicated and reliable. They develop friendships with residents, cheer them on and bring happiness to the lives they touch.
